BROOCH, mid 19th century, an open crescent set with sapphires spaced by pairs of rose
cut diamonds, the brooch in an unhallmarked yellow metal.
The brooch is grain set with eleven sapphires, the centre stone measuring 5.52mm x 4.52mm
(ca 0.57ct) and the remainder graduating in sizes (0.29ct), (0.10ct) etc to a single oval sapphire
at either end. Total calculated sapphire weight 2.05ct.
The brooch measures 56.25mm long and tested and valued as if 9ct gold.
Gross weight 6.11 grams.
MEDALLION, 9ct gold, oval, with a trophy cup embossed on the front. An early 20th century
football medallion. Chester assay marked for 1923. Engraved for Cumberland Football Association.

PENDANT, 18ct gold, oval in the shape of a scarab with an ankh
embossed on the underside. Egyptian assay marked.
