RING, early 20th century, a hexafoil shaped cluster comprised of seven single cut diamonds mounted onto a band with diamond set shoulders. The diamonds in the cluster measure 1.9mm (0.02ct) each and the shoulder diamonds
1.2mm each. The ring is marked “18CT” and tests as 18ct gold.
Weight 2.455 grams.
RING, a lozenge shaped cluster formed from four opal cabochons and five marquise cut pink garnets. The ring is Birmingham hallmarked as 9ct gold.
Weight 3.36 grams.
BROOCH, mid 19th century, an open crescent set with sapphires spaced by pairs of rose
cut diamonds, the brooch in an unhallmarked yellow metal.
The brooch is grain set with eleven sapphires, the centre stone measuring 5.52mm x 4.52mm
(ca 0.57ct) and the remainder graduating in sizes (0.29ct), (0.10ct) etc to a single oval sapphire
at either end. Total calculated sapphire weight 2.05ct.
The brooch measures 56.25mm long and tested and valued as if 9ct gold.
Gross weight 6.11 grams.
MEDALLION, “cross” shaped with oak leaf decoration between
the arms, 39mm wide. Silver with gilt decoration, Birmingham
hallmarked for 1917.
