The Belmont Chair has a curvaceous design with the accent being on the rear leg, giving a sense of stability throughout the seat. The hole through the seat gives a glimpse of the construction of the chair, showing the hollowness that belies its stability and sturdiness. The sides are raised from the seat to give the feel of being enclosed.
A fresh scent of juicy green apples, fresh Figs and other fruits, blended with notes of sage & rosemary, while the base remains soft and woody with delicate notes of moss and amber. An uplifting scent thats good enough to eat.
I felt inspired to make this cushion when I spotted the silver grey silk, whilst on a browse . This is a somewhat Piet Mondrianesque influenced design using black, red, blue and white colours. The back is plain, so you can choose according to your mood.
The Arden Table is a statement side table. From each side the table shows a different aspect with a slight optical illusion. From the rear, it is purely plywood table with slight view of the red acrylic insert. The side view shows the sloping side, showing solid construction on the left through to delicate strength on the other. Then from the front, the red colour shouts loudly. The light hits the internal colour, casting interesting shadows across the stepped interior. This is a bold statement for a bold interior.
